Basic Domestic Violence 101 Workshop
Learn what qualifies as abusive behavior and how to identify abuse in a relationship.  This workshop covers the cycle of violence, the power and control wheel and safety planning.

Teen Dating Violence & Healthy Relationships

Participants are able to identify the emotional and psychological triggers that cause uncontrolled anger and then learn the techniques needed to effectively manage anger in every situation in this two hour workshop.
